Offering Services in Two Locations



Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health therapist in a safe, caring and confidential setting. Your therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan that assists you to meet your goals, at your pace.


School Based Mental Health Services

Impact your child’s ability to succeed academically and emotionally by using our in school services. Mentally healthy students are more likely to go to school ready to learn, actively engage in school activities, have supportive and caring connections with adults and young people, use appropriate problem-solving skills, have nonaggressive behaviors, and add to positive school culture.


Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for clients who struggle with substance abuse and maintaining sobriety. This 8-week program offers weekly support for clients who are starting on the road to recovery.


Medication Assisted Treatment Program (MAT)

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is currently utilized as an integral part of our therapeutic treatment program.

What is Medication Assisted Treatment?

MAT is the use of medications in order to reduce drug craving, reduce the intoxicating effects of drug use and to reduce the risk of relapse. Using this definition, a variety of medications, both non-controlled and controlled would be considered Medication Assisted Treatment.


Aftercare Treatment Program

We discuss challenges, barriers as well as the successful application of recovery tools. The program will reinforce the core skills developed in IOP, encourage commitment to meaningful goals, and implement strengths-based and solution-focused exercises to address challenges and relapse.


Pediatric Adolescent Medicine And Wellness Check

Have you ever wondered if you child or teen could benefit from medication? We offer parents and other caregivers the opportunity to meet with a medical provider to discuss your child’s moods and behaviors and whether or not your child could benefit from medication.

We understand that making that decision for your child can be difficult and we don’t want you to go through it alone. At Stepping Stone Community Services we strive to offer our full attention to each individual and foster a relationship of open communication that grows as your child does.


Youth and Adolescent Behavioral Services

We offer youth and Adolescent Behavioral Services. Group therapy is also an excellent way to explore one's challenges while getting support from others in similar situations. A licensed therapist leads the group to ensure each participant feels comfortable, accepted and able to use the group to meet his or her needs.

Harm Reduction

Harm reduction aims to connect people who use drugs to resources and community to thrive. Whether you use drugs, or love someone who does, we offer support and recommend safer drug use. Harm reduction is meant to reduce the negative consequences associated with drug use. We embrace all pathways to recovery and are active in harm reduction initiatives throughout the community.

All of our Providers as well as Peer Recovery Supporters are trained on proper Narcan use.


Self Pay - With or Without Insurance

We offer self pay options. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. And more importantly, you should never avoid seeking necessary mental health services due to a lack of coverage. If you don’t currently have health insurance, these options may help you locate — and afford — quality mental health services.
